Academy Satori Curriculum
Designing the educational operating system for the Satori ecosystem.
Academy Satori is not a single course — it is an educational architecture. The curriculum project is developing a modular system of learning pathways, each grounded in our research and designed to be delivered across diverse formats: in-person workshops, hybrid programmes, online self-study, and embedded community experiences.
At its core, the curriculum is competency-based rather than time-based. Learners progress by demonstrating real capability, not by accumulating hours. Each module connects to a broader learning map, allowing individuals to chart personalised journeys through topics ranging from consciousness and wellbeing to sustainable design and facilitator training.
The project brings together R&D and Education in a tight feedback loop: every curriculum module is simultaneously a research instrument, generating data on learning outcomes that feeds back into design improvements. This means the Academy Satori system gets measurably better with every cohort that passes through it.
