Facilitator Certification Programme
Training the trainers who will carry Satori methodology to the world.
As the Satori Institute scales through its international branch network, the quality of facilitation becomes the single most important variable. The Facilitator Certification Programme is designed to ensure that every person delivering Satori content — whether a workshop in Warsaw or a retreat in Gozo — meets a shared standard of excellence.
The programme will cover pedagogical theory and practice, DreamGames facilitation (including neurodivergent-specific adaptations), group dynamics and psychological safety, ethical facilitation, and assessment methodology. Certification will be competency-based, aligned with the Academy Satori framework.
We envision a tiered structure: Associate Facilitator, Certified Facilitator, and Master Facilitator — each with increasing autonomy and scope. Master Facilitators will be empowered to train others, creating a self-sustaining multiplier effect across the network.
