Future of Learning Educator Programme
Rethink your teaching practice with evidence, experience, and a community of peers.
Traditional teacher training focuses on content delivery. This programme focuses on learning design — the art and science of creating conditions where genuine understanding, skill development, and personal growth can happen. It draws on the latest research from cognitive science, educational psychology, and the Satori Institute's own studies on neurodivergent learning and experiential pedagogy.
Over three days, participants work through a structured design cycle: diagnosing learning challenges in their own contexts, exploring research-backed strategies, prototyping new approaches, and receiving peer feedback. The programme is highly interactive — expect no lectures longer than 20 minutes.
Hybrid delivery means that in-person participants in Malta are joined by online participants via a dedicated digital environment. Both groups engage in the same activities, with adapted facilitation for each modality. Graduates gain access to the Satori Educator Network for ongoing peer support and resource sharing.
